Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Sales Consultant for the Dallas, TX area. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new PEO opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to implementation, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Travel may be required for client meetings and events. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in PEO sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PEO sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting goals.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory for PEO solutions.
• Build referral relationships with brokers and partners to generate qualified sales.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and decision criteria.
• Present PEO solutions aligned to client needs and pricing options.
• Own full sales cycle from lead gen to close and onboarding.
