Vensure Employer Solutions in Dallas, TX is seeking a Business Sales Consultant to identify, develop and close new PEO opportunities. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to implementation, leveraging broker and partner networks to drive growth.

The role requires proactive prospecting, strong negotiation, and the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline while traveling domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• At least two years of B2B sales experience required.
• One to two years of PEO sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new PEO opportunities within designated territory.
• Build referral networks with brokers and partners to create qualified sales opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and decision criteria.
• Present PEO solutions and close deals through the full sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and documentation in CRM.
