Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks an Implementation Consultant to lead client implementations for new PEO clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will configure solutions, train clients, and act as the primary contact during the rollout.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in implementation or payroll, strong PrismHR knowledge, and excellent communication. This role is on-site in a fast-paced HR tech environment with a focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with PrismHR and payroll/HRS processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation for new PEO clients and ensure a smooth transition.
• Configure PEO solutions based on client requirements and best practices.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation and train users.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation and coordinate with Sales, Payroll, and other teams.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to implementation methodologies.
