Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Duluth, GA is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead client PEO implementations and ensure regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with Sales, Payroll, and Client Relations to configure our HRIS/PEO solutions and deliver an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency with PrismHR or similar HR software. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficient with HR software and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of federal/state benefit regulations.
• Experience in implementations and payroll is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation for new PEO clients.
• Coordinate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll.
• Configure PEO solutions to client needs.
• Provide training and guidance on system use.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and client experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
