Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation, payroll, or HR-related roles.
• Proficiency with PrismHR and standard HR software.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full client implementation process for new PEO clients.
• Configure PEO solutions to meet client requirements.
• Serve as primary contact during implementation and guide system configuration.
• Provide training to drive system adoption and user proficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll.
• Identify process improvements in benefit implementations.
