Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, headquartered in Chandler, AZ, seeks an Implementation Consultant to own client onboarding, configure PEO solutions, and guide clients through system setup and adoption. You will work with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll to ensure compliance and a superior client experience.

The role requires 3+ years in implementation or payroll-related fields, strong PrismHR knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, specifically PrismHR.
• Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in implementation, payroll, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing multiple implementation projects and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client implementation process for new PEO clients and ensure a seamless transition to our services.
• Configure our PEO solutions to meet client requirements during full implementation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients during implementation, addressing concerns and providing expert guidance.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our PEO system effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process-related issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
