Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead client implementations for new PEO clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will configure solutions, train clients, and drive adoption while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will partner with Sales, Payroll, and Client Relations to resolve issues and improve implementation methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing HR/Payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities
