Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead client onboarding for new PEO clients. You will coordinate with Sales, Payroll, and Client Relations to configure solutions, train users, and ensure a smooth transition to our services.

You will stay current with industry regulations and best practices, identify process improvements, and help deliver exceptional client experiences during the implementation phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree is not required; a High School/GED with relevant experience is accepted.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in HR/payroll implementations.
• Proficiency with HR software and payroll processes, including compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation for new PEO customers from start to finish.
• Configure PEO solutions to meet client needs and ensure smooth adoption.
• Train clients on the system and provide expert guidance and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll teams.
