Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to oversee client onboarding for our PEO services. You will coordinate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll teams to configure solutions, train clients, and ensure a smooth transition to our platform.

Bring strong communication, problem-solving, and organization to a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes client experience, regulatory awareness, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client implementation process for new PEO clients and ensure a seamless transition.
• Configure PEO solutions to meet client requirements and ensure system alignment.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation; address questions and guide configuration best practices.
• Provide training to clients on how to use the PEO system effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, workflows, and benefit regulations.
