Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to oversee client deployments of our HR technology and BPO services. You will lead end-to-end implementations, configure systems, train clients, and ensure compliance with payroll and benefit regulations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll teams, stay current with industry trends, identify process improvements, and deliver exceptional client experiences across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related implementation experience.
• Proficiency with PrismHR and payroll/HCM processes.
• Knowledge of federal and state benefit regulations.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation processes for new clients and oversee the full lifecycle of deployments.
• Configure PEO solutions to meet client requirements and provide expert guidance on system setup.
• Train clients on how to use the PEO system effectively and drive user adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process-related issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll teams to ensure a seamless rollout.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations, suggesting process improvements.
