Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to oversee client implementations for new PEO clients, coordinating with Sales, Payroll, and Client Relations teams. You will configure HR/PEO solutions and provide client training, ensuring a smooth go-live and ongoing success.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and attention to detail to meet regulatory and client-specific requirements, with a focus on service quality and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure PEO solutions to meet client needs and requirements.
• Serve as primary contact during implementation, addressing questions and guiding system setup.
• Provide training on the PEO system to ensure user adoption.
• Troubleshoot technical or process issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations relevant to benefits.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency in implementations.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
