University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation is seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative to support our Madison clinics. This 50% FTE role involves scheduling appointments via phone, in person, or electronic communication, and coordinating with staff to ensure timely patient care.

Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with pay starting at $19.59 per hour. Minimum requirement is a high school diploma; an associate or bachelor's degree and healthcare experience are preferred.

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
• Six months of office or customer service experience.
• Healthcare scheduling or phone greeting experience preferred.

• Schedule appointments by phone, in person, or electronic correspondence.
• Take incoming phone calls from patients and their families to assist scheduling.
• Make outgoing calls to schedule appointments.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure timely care for patients.
