Job summary

UW Health is seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative in Wisconsin. The role is 50% FTE, 20 hours per week, with Monday–Friday availability between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Pay starts at $19.59 per hour, with experience considered for starting base pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Six months of office or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments via phone, in-person or electronic correspondence.
• Take incoming phone calls from patients and families to assist with scheduling.
• Make outgoing calls to patients to schedule appointments.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure timely care for patients.
