Qualifications

• Greet patients, prepare paperwork, collect and verify patient information.
• Answer calls, direct calls, schedule appointments, cashier duties including posting charges.
• Collect co-pays/co-insurance and balances due.
• Process release of information and FMLA/disability forms as requested.
