Advocate Medical Group (AMG) is hiring a Patient Service Representative to support scheduling, registration, and billing in a fast-paced cardiology setting. You will interact with patients, enter billing data, and help ensure accurate medical records. A positive patient experience is essential.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years in customer service, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Work is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at AMG Beverly in Illinois.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by scheduling, registering, coding and billing.
• Ensure accurate entry of billing information and collect payments at time of service.
• Support clinical staff by maintaining medical records and coordinating care.
