Advocate Health - AMG Chicago is seeking a Patient Service Representative to support scheduling, registration, and billing in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting. You will assist providers, engage with patients, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience during every interaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and the ability to handle challenging calls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow—M-F 8:30–5:00.
• Provide efficient, high-quality patient service and support the care team.
• Enter billing and registration information accurately.
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with billing processes.
