Advocate Medical Group (AMG), part of Advocate Health, seeks a Patient Service Representative to deliver exceptional front-line support for patients across AMG’s ambulatory services. You will handle appointment coordination, inquiries, and billing communications, ensuring a compassionate, efficient patient experience.

The role supports providers and the care team within six rotating locations, including Park Ridge sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to two years related customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide efficient, high-quality patient services for appointments, tests, referrals, and billing inquiries.
• Assist with billing information entry and follow-up on missing data.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with practice standards.
