Advocate Medical Group (AMG) in Chicago is seeking a Patient Service Representative to provide efficient, friendly front-desk service. You will handle scheduling, registration, coding, and billing, while helping maximize revenues by collecting payment at the time of service and updating insurance information in the patient system.

As part of the ambulatory care team, you support providers, connect with patients, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients.

Responsabilidades

• Scheduling: Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm with occasional extended hours.
• Billing Services: enter billing information and ensure accuracy.
• Medical Records: maintain accurate and timely records.
• Patient Services: deliver high-quality service to patients
• Assist providers and support care team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
