Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of customer service experience, with Spanish/English bilingual abilities preferred. 40-hour week, 0830-1700, on-site at 3134 N Clark St.

Qualifications

• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling: manages appointments and related scheduling tasks.
• Billing and patient records: enters billing information and maintains records.
• Medical records: ensures accurate and timely medical documentation.
