Advocate Medical Group (AMG) in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a Patient Service Representative to support providers and patients with appointments, testing, and billing in a high-volume ambulatory care setting.

You will handle scheduling, registration, and billing while delivering compassionate service; clinic hours are Monday–Friday 7am–5pm, five 8-hour shifts, with occasional Saturdays once per month, and some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients.
