Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage arrival flow efficiently.
• Complete patient registration and verify demographics/insurance.
• Collect patient liabilities and balance/estimates due.
• Assist with financial clearance and direct to Financial Counselor when needed.
• Close visits, schedule follow-ups, and provide necessary documents.
• Maintain knowledge of payer requirements and reference materials.
