Responsibilities

• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Complete registrations for walk-ins and verify eligibility changes.
• Explain financial responsibilities and assist with out-of-pocket estimates.
• Follow financial clearance policies and refer to Financial Counselor when needed.
• Close visits: schedule follow-ups and collect any due amounts.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and payer requirements; assist with pre-authorizations.
• Maintain professional communication and meet productivity targets.
