Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients arriving for appointments.
• Monitors patient flow to ensure efficient and courteous care.
• Verifies and updates patient demographic and insurance information.
• Registers walk-in patients and confirms insurance details.
• Collects patient financial liability and pursues balances.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and performs visit closure.
• Maintains knowledge of payer requirements and pre-authorization needs.
• Works to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
