Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics is seeking a friendly medical receptionist to greet patients, verify demographics, insurance eligibility, and manage registrations. You will work closely with our care team to ensure a smooth check-in and a positive first impression.

The ideal candidate has outstanding customer service, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable using electronic medical records. Availability Monday through Friday and a team-first attitude are essential.

Responsabilités

Greet and assist patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude.
Check patients in and out while verifying demographics, insurance eligibility, and completion of required pre-visit screenings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records by ensuring current insurance cards are on file and annual registration and PHI forms are completed and signed.
Verify insurance eligibility and Medicaid PCP assignments before appointments.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments following clinic guidelines.
Collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances at the time of service.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and relay messages to the appropriate staff.
Performing other duties as assigned to support the team.
