Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics is seeking a part-time receptionist to manage patient check-ins, verify demographics, answer a multi-line phone, and schedule appointments. The role requires a professional demeanor and reliability, with clerical experience preferred. Monday–Friday availability is expected.

Responsibilities include handling patient encounters per procedure, answering calls, opening the department on time, and coordinating appointment scheduling in a medical setting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with multi-line phones and data entry preferred.
• Ability to schedule appointments.

• Manage all phases of the patient encounter as listed in the procedure manual; verify patient name, address, phone number and health insurance coverage, primary physician and referring physician
