Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics, a MANA Clinic, is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our front desk team in Fayetteville, AR. You will check patients in, collect demographic data, answer a multi-line phone, and schedule appointments while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

The role requires Monday–Friday availability and strong customer service. Clerical experience is preferred and training will be provided to ensure smooth patient encounters.

• Verify patient name, address, phone number and health insurance coverage, primary physician and referring physician as per procedure manual.
• Answer multi-line phones.

• Schedule patient appointments.
