Advocate Children's Hospital - Park Ridge is seeking a Patient Service Representative to provide efficient, courteous front-line support in scheduling, registration and billing. You will help patients and families navigate services and ensure accurate data entry in the patient accounting system.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with a pay range reflective of 19.80–29.70 USD per hour, and you will work within a collaborative ambulatory care team dedicated to quality care and patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient services, scheduling, registration and billing support.
• Assist clinical staff by maintaining accurate medical records and data entry.
• Support billing processes and ensure timely, correct information entry into the patient accounting system.
