Advocate Health's Advocate Medical Group in Illinois seeks a Patient Service Representative to deliver front-desk and billing support at Lake Barrington and Crystal Lake Peds clinics.
You'll handle scheduling, registration, and billing entries, assist providers, and ensure compassionate patient experience in a high-volume ambulatory setting.
The 20-hour per week role includes one evening and rotating Saturdays with set shift times.
To provide efficient, effective, quality customer service and practice support through a variety of general office duties including scheduling, coding, registration and billing. Maximize revenues by collecting payment at time of service and entering accurate and up-to-date billing information (address, insurance coverage, etc.) into the patient accounting system. Assists clinical staff in maintaining accurate medical records.

This position will be for our Lake Barrington and Crystal Lake Peds clinics. The sites are open M-Th 8:00-7:00, 8:00-5:00 on Friday and 8:00-12:00 on Saturdays in Lake Barrington only.
The shifts are 7:45-4:15, 8:30-5:00 and 10:30-7:00.
This is a 20 hour position and there is one evening commitment and there is a rotation for Saturdays.
