Legacy Community Health is seeking a bilingual Care Team Assistant - Pediatrics in Houston. You will serve as a key contact for patients, families, and caregivers, coordinating calls, lab results, and referrals while supporting medication management under provider direction.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced ambulatory setting, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High-school education or equivalency.
• Medical Assistant Certification or 2 years clinical experience.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient calls and coordinate with the care team.
• Assist with pre-visit planning and lab results.
• Support medication management and referrals as directed by providers.
• Document information accurately in the electronic health record.
• Assist with translations and ensure patient-centered communication.
