Legacy Community Health in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Pediatrics Medical Assistant to join a collaborative primary care team. You will assist with examinations, phlebotomy, injections, lab processing, patient education, and care coordination in a pediatric setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, language‑appropriate care, and building trusted patient relationships while supporting quality improvement and OSHA compliance within a community health environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.
• Experience working in a clinical environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Interview patients to obtain medical information and measure vital signs.
• Record medical history and test results in patient records.
• Collect specimens and prepare them for testing.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Provide injections and wound care as directed.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and equipment.
