Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the clinic as scheduled.
• Greet families, complete client check in, and assist as needed.
• Answer calls, monitor emails, and route messages to the right teams.
• Manage scheduling needs, including rescheduling appointments as required.
• Support therapists with session prep, materials, and in-session help.
• Prepare therapy rooms, gyms, and materials for sessions.
• Keep clinic clean, organized, and safe; sanitize tools and spaces daily.
• Stock rooms, track inventory, and handle basic purchasing.
• Perform daily upkeep: dishes, laundry, vacuuming, trash, supplies.
• Complete monthly safety checks of clinic equipment.
