Qualifications

• Ability to convey information clearly by phone and in writing.
• Must follow departmental policies for verifying patient information and collecting payments.

• Review and coordinate appointment requests, determine services and provider.
• Identify patient in Maestro Care; verify demographics and insurance data.
• Notify patients of co-payment requirements and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate appointments per provider preferences.
• Notify patients of appointment time and location.
