Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a school-based contract, offering a mix of in-person and teletherapy support. You will perform comprehensive evaluations and IEP interventions within a collaborative district team.

Ideal candidates hold a valid SLP license (CCC or CFY welcome) with pediatric or school experience, and strong skills in evaluation tools, IEP development, and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license; CCC or CFY candidates welcome.
• Experience in schools and/or pediatric populations.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus.
• Strong knowledge of speech-language evaluation tools, best practices, and IEP development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students in a school setting.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and parents.
• Deliver direct therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed.
• Collaborate with district staff for full support and seamless caseload management.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely progress reports.
