Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Independence, VA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role serving children and young adults ages 2-22 in a school-based setting. You will work with a diverse caseload of about 68 students, delivering services in-person and via teletherapy, with a 37.5-hour work week across five days.

Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology with MS-CCC, school experience, and strong documentation. CFY a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MS-CCC) required/preferred.
• Experience in school settings, pediatrics, teletherapy, or healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech and language challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and IEP development.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for comprehensive care.
• Deliver interventions onsite and via teletherapy as needed.
• Participate in student evaluations, eligibility meetings, and team consults.
