The ideal candidate has CCC-SLP (or CFY in progress), experience with pediatric speech-language therapy, and comfort with teletherapy and IEP-driven goals. Flexible scheduling and ongoing agency support are offered.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification or CFY in progress required.
• Pediatric SLP experience or strong interest preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices in remote service delivery.
• Ability to devise and implement IEP goals.
• Experience with informal and formal speech-language assessments in school settings.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to cultural sensitivity and teamwork within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students preschool through high school.
• Engage in direct therapy and consultation with teachers, families, and support staff.
• Conduct screenings and assessments; develop treatment plans aligned with IEPs.
• Track progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on interventions.
• Adapt strategies for on-site and teletherapy environments.
