Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role to support students on campus or via teletherapy, partnering with educators and families to reach communication goals.

The role covers assessment, therapy, IEP collaboration, and documentation, with flexible caseloads and opportunities for professional growth.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP and current licensure, with school-based or pediatric experience and comfort using digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP licensure and certification.
• Experience delivering speech therapy in school or pediatric settings.
• Teletherapy experience strongly preferred; comfortable with digital platforms and tools.
• Strong evaluation, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Compassionate, adaptable, and effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, therapy, and intervention services to students with communication disorders.
• Create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential student documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide high-quality services when remote sessions are needed.
• Offer support and education to school teams regarding speech and language strategies.
