Ideal candidates hold Indiana SLP licensure with CCC-SLP or CFY status, have experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings, and demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills. The role emphasizes teamwork, compliance, and student growth.

Formación

• Indiana licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• CCC-SLP or CFY status accepted.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and documentation abilities.
• Adaptable, collaborative and enthusiastic about working with diverse students.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individualized and group therapy to support students' speech, language, and communication development.
• Conduct evaluations, create intervention plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to integrate strategies into the classroom.
• Maintain thorough records in accordance with school and legal documentation standards.
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for student growth.
