Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school-based setting from Pre-K through 12th grade. The role accepts both part-time and full-time schedules and emphasizes pediatric care, including CFY or CCC-SLP candidates.

The ideal candidate will hold a Maryland SLP license, have strong communication and organizational skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions to diverse student populations.

Qualifications

• Maryland SLP license is required.
• CCC-SLP or CFY applicants are welcome.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to elementary through high school students.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and document progress.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers.
• Support students with diverse speech and language needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
