Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage accurate and timely patient appointments across ambulatory clinics. You will be the first point of contact for families, providing compassionate service and coordinating scheduling across locations and specialties.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience, and proficiency with computers. Epic Cadence experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Ability to use computers with high accuracy and complete EPIC training.
• Bilingual or cross-cultural experience preferred.
