Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely appointments across Ambulatory Specialty Clinics, aligning with our core values and delivering compassionate, high-quality customer experiences for patients, families and clinic partners.

You will work on a scheduling team with primary locations at the Contact Center or the Hospital, rotating across both, and act as the first contact for families seeking care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year customer service/administrative support.
• Experience with computers and high accuracy; EPIC training with EUPA test within 2 weeks.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; 3 years in health care/customer service; Epic Cadence experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule accurate and timely appointments for Ambulatory Specialty Clinics.
• Serve as first point of contact for patients and families, providing information and reassurance.
• Collaborate with scheduling team across Contact Center and Hospital locations.
• Demonstrate empathy, attention to detail, multi-tasking, prioritization, and teamwork.
