Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year direct patient service experience.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with basic PC/data entry and medical terminology is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review and coordinate appointment requests, determine services and setting.
  • Identify patient in Maestro Care; verify demographics and insurance.
  • Notify patients of co-payments and outstanding balances.
  • Coordinate appointments per provider preferences.
  • Notify patients of appointment time and location.
