Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our pediatric outpatient therapy clinic in Kentucky. You will help families coordinate appointments and keep the daily schedule running smoothly as part of a three-person team.

You will schedule, answer questions warmly, and maintain confidential patient information while supporting daily clinic operations. Prior scheduling, medical office experience is a plus, and the role is full-time on-site, Tue-Fri with a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, customer service, or medical office preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to scheduling changes.
• Proficient with computers and scheduling software.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage cancellations and rescheduling.
• Answer calls and respond to scheduling questions.
• Communicate with families and therapists about availability and changes.
• Maintain an accurate, confidential patient schedule.
