Agape Pediatric Therapy in Richland, WA, seeks a full-time Front Desk/Scheduling Coordinator to create a warm experience for patients. You will manage patient schedules, communicate with families, and support clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Prior medical scheduling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet families warmly in person and on the phone.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm therapy appointments.
• Manage waitlist and coordinate openings efficiently.
• Call and fax physician offices.
• Communicate with families regarding attendance and cancellations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts.
• Work independently and cooperatively with team members.
• Support clinic culture and mission.
