Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous scheduling, customer service, medical office administration, or related experience preferred.
• Healthcare or pediatric office experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule initial evaluations, re-evaluations, ongoing therapy appointments, and make-up sessions.
• Maintain clinician schedules and adjust for cancellations or changes.
• Contact families regarding appointments, changes, cancellations, and makeup opportunities.
• Document scheduling changes and family communications in scheduling and EMR systems.
• Collaborate with clinicians, front office staff, and leadership to support scheduling needs across Quest locations.
