Rehab Resources is seeking a part-time Rehab Office Coordinator in Brookfield, WI to support our Pediatric Outpatient Clinic. You will manage insurance authorizations, handle data entry, maintain schedules, greet visitors at the reception, and help keep the environment clean and welcoming.

The role emphasizes organizational focus and teamwork in a compassionate, patient-centered setting. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 2pm–6pm with occasional Friday mornings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
