Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to provide in-home pediatric physical therapy services under the direction of a supervising therapist. You will implement prescribed treatment plans and help children improve mobility and independence while educating families on home exercises.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license (Texas) required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year pediatric or home health PT experience.
• Preferred: experience with medically complex children.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on PTA services under supervising therapist.
• Implement established pediatric PT treatment plans.
• Support mobility, balance, and functional independence.
• Educate families on home exercise programs.
• Document services in electronic medical records.
• Coordinate care with clinical team and maintain regulatory compliance.
