Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home pediatric physical therapy under the guidance of a supervising therapist.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license (Texas) required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Physical Therapy interventions under the direction of a supervising therapist.
• Implement established Physical Therapy treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Support children in improving mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Assist with therapeutic exercises and activities that promote development and strength.
• Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs and carryover.
• Monitor and report patient progress to supervising therapist.
• Coordinate care with the clinical team.
• Document all Physical Therapy services in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
