Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists across Texas to provide in-home pediatric therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and neurological needs. Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
