Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home pediatric therapy under supervision. You will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic activities, and help children improve mobility and independence in their daily lives.

Flexible full-time or part-time positions are available, with family-centered care and strong clinical support. A sign-on bonus is offered and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Physical Therapy interventions under the direction of a supervising therapist.
• Implement established Physical Therapy treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Support children in improving mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Assist with therapeutic exercises and activities that promote development and strength.
• Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs and carryover.
• Monitor and report patient progress to supervising therapist.
• Coordinate care with the clinical team.
• Document all Physical Therapy services in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
