Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health provides in-home pediatric physical therapy services across Baytown, TX and surrounding areas. We hire Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to deliver one-on-one care to medically fragile children, improving mobility, independence, and quality of life in the home setting.
The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options, competitive benefits, and strong clinical support.
Competenze
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification
Mansioni
- Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy in the home and community
- Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans (PT)
- Implement treatment plans under supervision (PTA)
- Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence
- Educate families and caregivers for daily carryover
- Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
- Develop and instruct home exercise programs
- Document all care and services in an EMR system
- Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
